If your alloy wheel is bent, buckled or misshapen, here at Wheelstation we now have the facility to straighten your wheel, saving you the expense of having to buy a replacement.

We have  hydraulic assisted wheel straightening equipment, which involves a combination of heating the wheel and then using hydraulic rams to press out any bends in the heated metal.

The wheel is first placed on a rack within the wheel straightening rig, which centres the wheel. The wheel shape is then measured with a dial guage to identify any deformities. The correct balance of heat and pressure is then applied to transform the wheel back to its correct shape.
